The ABLE project was selected by the CaixaImpulse Programme 2017 with the support of EIT Health. This project is now under development and the project team is looking for a computer scientist, and mechanical and electronic engineering students to develop the commercial prototype of a robotic exoskeleton. The deadline for applications is January 31st, 2018. Below, you will find a brief description of each position: 

Part-time Firmware/Software Programmer

Master Thesis: Design of an exoskeleton knee removable joint

Bachelor/Master Thesis: Miniaturization of the exoskeleton electronics and development of a battery management system

About ABLE

ABLE is a low-cost robotic exoskeleton developed by the Biomechanical Engineering Lab at CREB UPC – Research Centre for Biomedical Engineering. The project is developed in collaboration with Institut Guttmann Neurorehabilitation Hospital and Ortopèdia Grau Soler.
